Charles Leclerc is not satisfied with his third place in the Miami sprint race. The Monegasque emphasizes that the upgrades the team brought have helped, but he had hoped for more. “If we bring everything together tomorrow, that would make our life easier,” said Leclerc.
Charles Leclerc finished third in the sprint race in Miami behind Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, but he is not happy with this position. “The upgrades worked well, thanks to the team and I am satisfied with that. Unfortunately, I am not happy with third place. We hoped for a bit more, but McLaren also brought big updates and made a big step,” Leclerc said in the paddock.
The Ferrari driver realizes that if they do everything right tomorrow, there might be more possible. “I think we are not very far off, but if we bring everything together tomorrow and maybe start higher, that would make our life a bit easier,” said Leclerc.
