Jos Verstappen challenges son Max to rally adventure: ‘He just has to do it once’

The four-time world champion has not yet dared to do so and has repeatedly indicated that he finds his father’s new passion too dangerous. But Jos Verstappen does not give up. “Max just has to come and do it once,” he says in an exclusive special of the podcast Formula 1 Paddock Talk.

Jos Verstappen talks extensively in the podcast about his passion for rallying and also about the risks involved. “The trees along the road are there, but you shouldn’t pay too much attention to them,” he says matter-of-factly. According to him, rallying is not dangerous as long as you know what you are doing.
