“First of all, it’s a wonderful opportunity for Lambiase. If you can grow into the role of team principal at a top team like McLaren, you should seize that opportunity with both hands. He wholeheartedly deserves it. Not only from me, but also from the Verstappens. Lambiase has always been very loyal to Max, and together they’ve had a fantastic time, resulting in four titles. Despite knowing that Lambiase is moving to a direct competitor, I believe he should be able to continue fulfilling his current role until the very last day. He is a valuable asset to the team and to Max. If Red Bull is smart, they will keep that tandem intact for as long as possible.”

“Then the crucial question: who will leave Red Bull first, Lambiase or Verstappen? I’m betting on Max. It’s simple; Red Bull doesn’t have things in order, and Max just wants to be in a car with which he can win races and titles. I think Max will make a move after this season.”
