The Red Bull team has entered into a new collaboration, and with a very surprising partner. The Austrian racing team is joining forces with the American shoe brand Crocs, known for the plastic clogs. The two parties are launching a new line together, where the famous clog is equipped in Red Bull colors, and even with a small front and rear wing.
LEGO, KitKat, Disney… Formula 1 is not averse to collaborating with a brand outside of motorsport. Recently, the Alpine team also announced a partnership with fashion house Gucci, but Red Bull chooses a more accessible partner. The Austrian racing team has chosen shoe brand Crocs as a new partner and is launching a new line of footwear together.
The distinctive plastic clogs from the American brand are equipped in the collection with the well-known colors of the Red Bull team. Even a small front and rear wing and wheels have been added to one of the two designs in the collection. “The Oracle Red Bull Racing x Crocs collection is made for teams of all shapes and sizes and offers a bold, technical aesthetic rooted in comfort, style, and individuality,” reads the official press release. Whether drivers Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar will appear in the Canadian paddock wearing the footwear remains to be seen.
