Max Verstappen, together with teammates Jules Gounon, Daniel Juncadella, and Lucas Auer, is on the eve of the iconic 24-hour race. With his participation, a long-cherished wish of the Dutch world champion comes true, and fans can follow the entire adventure live in multiple ways. Viaplay broadcasts all sessions, as does Red Bull TV. The organization behind the Nürburgring also streams all broadcasts live on YouTube, with English and German commentary.
Thursday, May 14
On Thursday, the first two qualifying sessions take place in the afternoon and evening. For Verstappen, there is not much at stake yet, as he competes in the top class. This class only qualifies on Friday. However, his team must already complete two race laps. The first qualifying starts at 1:15 PM, while the second session is held at 8:00 PM.

Friday, May 15
On Friday, there is something at stake for Verstappen, namely the pole position. The Top Qualis are then held, and the world champion’s team must take the longer route. The number 3 Mercedes-AMG GT3 could not directly qualify for the Top Q3 – comparable to Q3 of a Formula 1 qualifying – through the qualifying races and must first get through Top Q1 and Top Q2. The sessions start at 10:15 AM, while Top Q3 – and the fight for pole – starts at 1:35 PM.
