This final double-header starts in Belgium, at the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Verstappen was master of the Ardennes three times between 2021 and 2023. During the race weekend in Silverstone, Verstappen already warned that the character of Spa-Francorchamps would also suffer under the new F1 regulations. On the fast circuit, the opportunities to recover energy may be limited. The four-time world champion and Red Bull will have enough time to determine the ideal strategy. While the British GP was still focused on the sprint race, Belgium will race again according to the regular race format.
