“Despite being eager to get into the car, I still had to undergo surgery because my ankle was broken in two places,” Jamoul writes in a message on Instagram.

The Belgian will be replaced by Jasper Vermeulen during the Rally of Wallonia. “I will be back in the car as soon as possible. Good luck, guys! I’ll be watching,” Jamoul concludes. Jos Verstappen, together with Jamoul, finished second in the TAC Rally in Tielt two weeks ago, part of the Belgian Rally Championship (BRC). Last year, the duo became champions in the BRC.
