The FIA has extended its partnership with AlphaTauri. The clothing brand – a subsidiary of Red Bull – will therefore remain the official clothing partner of the international motorsport federation until the end of 2027. The collaboration began in 2024 and provides FIA staff and officials with technical clothing and accessories for work in the paddock, race control, and during events worldwide.

According to the FIA, the partnership has ensured a uniform and professional appearance over the past years during various championships, from karting to Formula 1. At official events, such as the annual FIA Awards, AlphaTauri also remains responsible for the clothing collection. This means the brand will also be involved in the 2026 FIA Awards, which will be held on December 12 in Shanghai.
Optimal performance
Craig Edmondson, commercial director of the FIA, is pleased with the extension. “The extension of this partnership reflects the success of our collaboration with AlphaTauri and our shared commitment to performance and innovation,” he said. “FIA staff and officials work in some of the most demanding environments in motorsport. They are involved in events and championships worldwide, from karting to Formula 1 and from the 24 Hours of Le Mans to the Dakar Rally. AlphaTauri’s innovative clothing line helps them perform optimally, regardless of the conditions.”

AlphaTauri also speaks of a successful collaboration. “We are proud to extend our partnership with the FIA until 2027. It is a pleasure to work closely together and develop garments that withstand the demanding conditions on the circuit without compromising on design,” said Isabelle Mi-A Ko, global director of AlphaTauri.
Between 2020 and 2023, AlphaTauri still had its own F1 team. Parent company Red Bull used the junior team – formerly Toro Rosso – to promote its own clothing brand. Scuderia AlphaTauri raced for four seasons with a white-blue livery, in line with the brand’s visual identity. In 2024, this ended and the sister team from Faenza was renamed Racing Bulls.
