Audi has swapped their red colors for yellow this weekend in Monte Carlo. The now yellow liveries refer to the Auto Union racing cars with which Tazio Nuvolari achieved success in the 1930s. The Italian, better known as ‘The Flying Mantuan’, won the fourth edition of the Monaco Grand Prix for Alfa Romeo in 1932. He owes his nickname to his high speed and his origin from the Italian city of Mantua. Not only the car gets a new look. Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto will also appear in Monaco with special racing suits that match Audi’s historic color scheme.
