On Sunday afternoon at the Hungaroring, the Dutchman only had to concede to winner Lando Norris. He didn’t see that coming, Verstappen, who started fourth, said in an initial reaction after the finish. “But we worked hard for it. The start was reasonable, after the first pit stop I had a nice fight with Lewis Hamilton and the team also made some good strategic decisions.”
