For Ferrari – who was the favorite for a pole position this weekend – it was a difficult qualifying session, but Hamilton is still looking forward positively. “I gave it my all,” said Hamilton.

Lewis Hamilton qualified third for the race in Monaco. The Brit realizes that qualifying was difficult because they had changed little between sessions. “It was difficult for us. So we still have to look into that, but I gave it my all,” Hamilton said after qualifying in Monte Carlo.

Hamilton had hoped for pole position, but saw that Kimi Antonelli and Max Verstappen were just too fast for him. “Max had a good lap and then Kimi too. It’s great to see how close we all are. I think we lost something and we need to fix that. We are in the fight, but I am curious about future developments,” said Hamilton.
