Charles Leclerc finished third on Sunday morning during the Australian Grand Prix. The Monegasque was able to keep up with winner George Russell for a long time at the start of the race, but in the end, he had to concede to the Briton and his teammate Antonelli. “Third place is the best we could do,” Leclerc concluded.

Leclerc had a strong start from his fourth position. At the start, he took the lead, after which it was a back-and-forth battle with Russell for a while. “At the start, no one knew what to expect. About the race, Leclerc said: “It was a difficult race. With defending, you don’t know when your battery is empty on the straight. I don’t think I could have won.”
